Complete point-symmetric figure to find perimeter

We have rectangle ABCD with the long top side AD = 15 cm and the short left side AB = 9 cm. A point O sits on the right side DC, nearer to corner C. We spin the rectangle 180 degrees about O to make a second copy, and the two copies together form one point-symmetric figure. That whole figure has a perimeter of 84 cm. We must find how long OC is.
