Relative Speed: Meeting and Chasing

Two movers on one path close their gap at the sum of their speeds when they head toward each other and at the difference when one chases the other; on a loop, meeting again means one has gained a whole lap. Find the common time first and everything else is rate times time. Clock hands are two runners on a circular track.
